You can use the form on the right to upload your documentation. Currently, only PDF, DOC and DOCX file types can be uploaded. If your form is very large, you can zip/compress your file and ZIP files can be uploaded as well.
All documents uploaded to this site are encrypted and stored safely. Then Pamela will get notified via email that a new document has been uploaded and she will contact you regarding the document.
